About Me:
I am a client-centred therapist.
I also have experience working with cognative behavioural therapy (CBT). I may also occasionally use aspects from other approaches such as transactional analaysis according to your needs.
I have a personal interest in art and creativity and would welcome clients who feel they would like to express themselves through the media of drawing, painting or modelling. This can be particularly benefical for those people who find it difficult to express themselves verbally and can provide a talking point for therapist and client.
I also have an interest in spirituality and have practised yoga and meditation for over ten years.
I attend regular coures and workshops to deepen my own personal and professional development.

My practice is supervised.
